Imelda Maynard
Associate Attorney
Imelda Maynard is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies in Letters and Political Science at the University of Oklahoma College and Arts and Sciences. Her experience ranges from years as a tutor for local area school children to being selected as 1 in 25 first year law students to intern for the United States Army Judge Advocate General for work as a summer law clerk. While in law school, Ms. Maynard was a Licensed Legal Intern for the University Of Oklahoma College of Law’s Legal Clinic. Her work in the clinic gave Ms. Maynard the opportunity to represent clients in court and gain experience in various
family law issues ranging from work as a guardian ad litem to dealing with divorce, probate, paternity and guardianship matters. Ms. Maynard has been a member of the firm for three years and as an associate attorney has actively participated in the preparation and follow through of the firm’s client’s Immigration matters ranging from adjustment of status to change of status and deportation cases. Her practice at the firm involves extensive one-on-one meetings with clients and litigation in areas of family law and immigration law.
