    Expungements

After your criminal record has been tainted, how can you get your criminal record erased from public record?  Expungement.  Expungement is a legal term for post-conviction relief that operates to improve a person's criminal record.  Most importantly, expungement is used for employment purposes where a job application may ask for disclosure, hampering possible opportunities.

Benefits of having a Misdemeanor or Felony Expunged:

    • Tell employers that you were not convicted of a crime
    • Become eligible for some professional licenses
