Katherine R. Mazaheri is a graduate from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a University of Oklahoma Alumn. Ms. Mazaheri's experience ranges from years as a real estate associate to clerking for a National insurance company. Her legal experience also covers geographic areas ranging from work in Oklahoma City, Washington DC, and Orlando, Florida. Ms. Mazaheri opened the Mazaheri Law Firm, PLLC as a full service, general practice firm for plaintiff's civil litigation in the areas of employment, bankruptcy, immigration, family, personal injury law, DUI defense, and Real Estate and Business advisement and litigation. Currently, she is the managing attorney at the Mazaheri Law Firm and works as a contract attorney for a national bank.

William J. Bergner is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Bergner’s trial experience includes personal injury, property damage and fire cases, insurance issues, employment law, workers compensation and professional liability. Mr. Bergner also assists taxpayers with issues with the IRS and the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Additionally, he has experience in oil and gas title work. Mr. Bergner serves as a hearing officer for a government agency on employment issues and has had extensive experience as a mediator and in arbitration.

She has been practicing for two years in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate. She has experience in property law through her clerkship with the City of Chicago Department of Buildings, where she dealt with building code violations and porch collapses and worked with the city government to implement local ordinances. Additionally, Mrs. Archer has experience in oil and gas law and title opinions.
