Bio

Kassandra Quintela is a trial attorney who represents clients in various areas of the law.

Kassandra’s true passion is assisting clients with matters regarding general civil and business litigation. During law school, Kassandra interned at various firms, gaining a strong background in general civil litigation. She currently practices landlord / tenant disputes, breach of contract, property disputes, business formation, and has drafted several business contracts for clients.

A portion of Kassandra’s practice is devoted to representing employees in all phases of labor and employment law, including litigation before state and federal courts, regulatory, and administrative agencies. She represents clients regarding matters under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Kassandra is also passionate about assisting clients with immigration issues. She enjoys helping clients seek various routes of coming to the United States or remaining in the United States through H-1B visas, family green cards, employment-based green cards, temporary protected status, and asylum.

As a Licensed Legal Intern, Kassandra has practiced family and domestic matters and had several clients as a Licensed Legal Intern in which she completed several uncontested divorces. She understands the difficulties of going through a divorce, legal separation, or custody battle, and she is ready to fight for you. She is admitted to the Oklahoma Bar. 

Kassandra is an alumna of the University of Nevada, Reno, where she obtained her Bachelor’s in in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. She graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 2022. She was chosen for an externship with the Oklahoma Innocence Project the spring semester of her 2L year, and the work she did within the Clinic furthered her passion for social justice and advocacy. Kassandra also served as the Student Bar Association President for the 2021-2022 school year. Kassandra is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, and is now proud to call Oklahoma City her home. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and snowboarding.
