 Sajani “Ann” Zachariah

Senior Associate Attorney Ann Zachariah was born in Dubai and raised in Oklahoma. She earned her Juris Doctorate at Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Merit Scholar. While earning her J.D. she exercised her strong work ethic by putting herself through law school while working at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center's Intensive Care Unit. Her 10 years at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center involved interacting with medical staff and families of patients during times of dire need. Here, she acquired the ability to manage stress and problem solve for patients. This has overflowed into her practice as a lawyer and counselor for the people of Oklahoma. Her work with underrepresented individuals through Legal Aid Services made her uniquely poised to take on the challenges and triumphs of family law.

She is an active member and Sunday School teacher at St. Thomas Orthodox Church in Oklahoma City. As such, she strives to reach out to her clients on a personal basis and guide them to reaching a peaceful resolution. Zachariah exemplifies the strength and compassion that a client may need during a difficult period in their life.

Commitment to Clients & Childrens’ Interests

Her focus in our firm is in family law due to her extensive experience handling difficult and complex situations with patients and clients in a professional and compassionate manner. Particularly helpful is her work in negotiations and settlements to minimize litigation cost. She works with her clients to effectively present their argument and evidence to the Court and is committed to protecting her client's rights and serving their children's best interests.

Ann believes in straightforward representation, listening to client’s needs, and meeting with clients one-on-one to accomplish realistic goals.

Ann believes in straightforward representation, listening to client’s needs, and meeting with clients one-on-one to accomplish realistic goals.

She can help you with your case if it can be negotiated to a favorable outcome in a waiver divorce, is headed for divorce mediation, or needs to go to trial for a judge's final decision. She understands the urgency of divorce questions and other family law problems. Because she works closely with each client, you'll learn about the ways Oklahoma law can protect your interests or limit your options in matters involving child custody, property division, support, and other concerns. Once you understand the legal considerations that affect your objectives, you'll be able to formulate realistic goals for yourself and your children. Then attorney Zachariah can work to help you achieve them.

Zachariah also practices immigration law because it’s an interest held close to her heart. As an immigrant and citizen herself, she understands the fears, hopes, and anxiety that clients are experiencing first-hand and can help you navigate the rough waters of your particular immigration need.
