If filing for bankruptcy would be in your best interest, we will help you 1) complete the bankruptcy petition, 2) file it with the court, and 3) appear with you at your 341 meeting with the U.S. Trustee. It is our goal to help you deal with the weight of the work in filing for Bankruptcy, so that the U.S. Trustee will grant discharge in your bankruptcy in Oklahoma.
