Ty Smith is a trial attorney whose practice is focused on domestic and family issues including divorce, custody, visitation, step-parent adoptions, prenuptial agreements, legal separations, paternity, divorce disputes, the division of personal and business property and debts, alimony and child support disputes. He also represents clients in mediation and litigation related to the modification of post-divorce and post-paternity custody visitation, alimony and child support arrangements.
Ty’s true passion as an attorney is assisting clients at their most vulnerable. He feels it is important that anyone he represents feel like they have someone they can trust will be there every step of the way to guide them along what may be the hardest time of their life.
Ty is an alumni of The University of Central Oklahoma where he obtained his Bachelor’s in English Education and then later graduated and received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Ty grew up in Altus, Oklahoma and currently resides in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys playing rugby and reading any book he can get his hands on.
