Bio

Sajani “Ann” Zachariah is a trial attorney whose practice is focused on helping clients navigate the difficult, often confusing, legal issues surrounding highly personal domestic issues. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including prenuptial agreements, legal separation, paternity cases, divorce disputes, and the related division of personal and business property and debts, alimony and child support payments, child custody, guardianship matters, and adoptions. She also represents clients in mediation and litigation related to the modification of post-divorce and post-paternity custody, visitation, alimony and child support agreements.

In addition to her legal practice at the firm, Sajani serves as an active member and Sunday school teacher at St. Thomas Orthodox Church in Oklahoma City.  As a leader in the community, she strives to reach out to her clients on a personal basis and guide them through a difficult time in their life with strength and compassion.  Sajani’s achievements have earned her inclusion in Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars,” which recognizes the state’s top up-and-coming attorneys for family law.

Zachariah also practices immigration law because it’s an interest held close to her heart. As an immigrant and citizen herself, she understands the fears, hopes, and anxiety that clients are experiencing first-hand and can help you navigate the rough waters of your particular legal need.
